Joe Freshgoods unveiled his next New Balance 1000 partnership earlier this month, reintroducing the silhouette in the colors “Pink Mink” and “Black Ice.” A new hue called “Silver Metallic” has emerged that combines modern and classic design elements.
The top of the New Balance 1000 is made entirely of black mesh, with silver leather overlays added to improve the look. The black highlights on the outsole, lining, heels, and branding call attention to the silver overlays. The tongue labels are also struck by silver, with black accents on the “N.” To complete the look, the shoe is placed on top of a black outsole and a cream midsole.
On April 24, look for the USD 150 New Balance 1000 “Silver Metallic” to hit the shelves at a few shops and online at New Balance.
