Nike SB Ishod 2: Ishod Wair, a 32-year-old American skateboarder, will release his second Nike SB signature shoe in early 2024. Introducing the Nike SB Ishod 2, numerous hues have enlivened the skate-ready shape, with an impending high-powered collaboration with VERDY pulling influence from his VISTY figure across the pastel-colored shoe. The newest style to adorn the sneaker is the tried-and-true “Black/Gum.”
The new pair’s top starts with a black suede mudguard, which matches the overlay that houses the black eyelets through which the rope laces flow. Leather and mesh details intersect these black overlays, which feature a black metallic Swoosh on the lateral midfoot and an embroidered one on the medial. The silhouette’s signature “WAIR” and “ISHOD” accents appear on the lateral and tongue, respectively, while the black suede heel counter has an embroidered Nike SB logo. Looking at the sole unit, the black midsole is joined by a visible Air unit at the heel, while the outsole has a gum finish with speckles throughout.
Nike SB has not yet confirmed a release date for the “Black/Gum” colorway of Ishod Wair’s SB Ishod 2. Stay tuned for updates, since it has already arrived at select skate shops and will most likely appear on Nike SNKRS in the next weeks for a starting price of USD 110.
